SYNOPSIS
Bill and his wife, Michelle, are just a normal American couple who must go up "against the man" to get what they are owed... a reimbursement check for his insurance claim. But as anyone who has had insurance knows, that's anything but easy! In this charming and hilarious satirical send-up of our healthcare system, we journey with Bill as he attempts to get through to customer service, navigate billing codes, and dodge bill collectors all in hopes of one day receiving that $10,000 check!

WRITER PHOTOS & BIOS
Ed wrote the book for BLUE CROSS BLUES and has also written the libretto and lyrics for BYSTANDER (Hudson Guild Theater, 2017). He wrote the book and lyrics for UNCOMFORTABLE SEX (Players Theater Short Play Festival, 2017). He has had 3 short musicals produced at Lincoln Center Across a Crowded Room, 2017 and 2015). And he wrote PICKET LINE, 1936 (2018), produced by the ATHE. Ed studied lyric writing at the BMI Workshop. He is a member of the Dramatist Guild and BMI.
Neil is a composer, songwriter, arranger and orchestrator. Credits include sequencing engineer for THE WITCHES OF VENICE by Phillip Glass, composer for THE HUNCHBACK OF NOTRE DAME (Players Club of Swarthmore), composer for THE DON JUAN AND THE NON-DON JUAN (Vineyard Theater), orchestrations for Kit Goldstein's THE NOSE (Master Theater, Brooklyn) and THE WRONG BOX (Theater for the New City), and songwriting, arranging and orchestrating for The Mask and Wig Club of The University of Pennsylvania.
